This comprehensive six month program addresses all areas of your well-being, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Since each client is unique, your program will be customized to meet your specific needs, priorities, and desires. Topics we will address include; nutrition, sleep, exercise, kitchen and pantry clean outs, sugar and food addictions, relationships, exercise, spirituality, and career.

We will meet twice a month for 1 hour sessions to:

• Explore your wellness goals and create plans for you to implement them
    • Create positive lifestyle changes and lifelong wellness habits
    • Examine the dietary choices that will work best in sustaining your optimal health
    • Understand, manage, and learn from food cravings
    • Identify enjoyable ways that you can stay active and fit
    • Investigate new ways of valuing yourself and practicing internal and external self-care
    • Learn to create deeper, more meaningful connections with others

Between sessions, I will provide you with email support to encourage and inspire you to continue toward your goals. I will also give you recipes, session notes, handouts, and other tools—valuable resources you can use at home.

Your journey begins with The Conscious Health Inventory, followed by this six month program tailored just for you.

Sustaining Conscious Health Program

Once you complete The Signature Conscious Health Program and are ready to take your health and well-being to the next level, you are invited to join me in this maintenance program. The program will be customized to meet your unique needs and desires. We will delve further into specific areas that you would like to work on, create new and different wellness goals and work together to meet them, or simply continue on the path to Conscious Health that you began in my signature program.

Depending on your needs we can:

• Continue with 1 hour sessions twice each month for six months
    • Meet for a 1 hour session once per month for six months
    • Create a custom maintenance program just for you

Together we will continue on the path towards Conscious Health in the way that works best for you. I welcome the opportunity to nurture and support you as you maintain your vibrant well-being.
